We will provide complete analysis of these data for you, including specific, measurable, and actionable feedback from your faculty and students about areas where they see room for development.

From dress code to discipline structures, there are many school policies that can reinforce or weaken gender disparity in schools. We will evaluate your policies and provide feedback on what changes are needed to ensure that your school processes and procedures are treating all members of the school community equitably.

classroom and team observations

Our team will conduct one or more site visits to your school to observe classes and transitions. We will follow up the site visit with a report detailing our observations and actionable recommendations.

Having the information is key, but training about what to do with it is the most important part of our work. We will provide high-quality, practical strategies for improving the culture and climate of your school. We can offer workshops at any level, from small focus groups to whole school or district talks. We can also design a yearlong professional development plan, centered around measurable change, with pre- and post-PD feedback.
